Accessibility Statement
The Office of Dr. Ori Baram – Law Firm sees great importance in providing equal and accessible service to all clients and users, including people with disabilities. We work to make our website accessible and to continuously improve it, believing that every person deserves the right to receive information and service with respect, independence and equality.
Level of accessibility on the site
The accessibility of the website was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 5773–2013 , and in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard TI 5568 for Internet Content Accessibility at Level AA, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines of the W3C organization.
The site is under ongoing accessibility efforts. We are testing and improving accessibility on an ongoing basis, and are working to bring the site into full compliance with the AA level requirements. It is possible that some parts of the site have not yet been fully made accessible — see details in "Known Accessibility Limitations" below.
The adjustments made to the site
In order to make the site accessible, the following actions were taken, among others:
• The site is built to support navigation and control using the keyboard only (without a mouse), including focus marking on active components.
• A "Skip to content" link has been implemented that allows you to skip directly to the main content of the page.
• The site supports right-to-left (RTL) display and page language settings (Hebrew/English), to support screen readers.
• The page structure is built using hierarchical headings for easy navigation with screen readers.
• The site is optimized for viewing on a variety of devices and screen sizes (Responsive).
• Alternative texts (alt) have been added to meaningful images.
Accessibility menu
The site has an accessibility button (usually on the side of the screen) that opens a dedicated accessibility menu, allowing the user to adapt the site to their needs, including:
• Increase and decrease text size.
• Color contrast adjustment (high contrast / dark / light) and grayscale display.
• Highlight links and use a readable font.
• Stopping animations and moving content.
The accessibility menu is intended to assist, but is not a substitute for, the site's built-in accessibility, and we continue to improve both.
Known accessibility limitations
Despite our efforts, there may be parts or content on the site that are not yet fully accessible:
• PDF documents (judgments and decisions): The site publishes many PDF documents of judgments and decisions. Some of the documents are scanned and/or not tagged and are therefore not fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to make them accessible gradually. A user interested in an accessible version of a particular document is welcome to contact us using the details below, and we will provide the content in an accessible format within a reasonable time.
• Embedded third-party content (such as maps, videos, or external components) may not be fully accessible, as they are not under our full control.
• Some links on the site open in a new tab/window; we are working to add an appropriate indicator.
If you encounter inaccessible content, we would appreciate it if you would let us know, and we will do our best to fix it.

Accessibility arrangements in the office (frontal service): The office is accessible and has parking and wheelchair access, accessible elevator and entry. In addition, physical copies of published court decisions can be physically provided upon request and notice in advance.
